CATHOLIC PILGRIMAGE
Catholic Christians would have a special interest in a pilgrimage on the footsteps of Our Lady in Egypt and Israel. This will take them to Cairo where the Holy Family hid when the life of Baby Jesus was in danger in Israel.

Pilgrims will then go to Bethlehem where Mary gave birth to Jesus and to Jerusalem nearby where she was born and where she stayed after her Son was crucified and ascended into heaven. Then they will go to the Galilean town of Nazareth where the angel Gabriel appeared to the Virgin Mary and where she and Joseph the carpenter and their family lived.
Thousands of Catholic pilgrims journey to one or more of the blessed sights where Our Lady appeared to some privileged believers at several holy destinations in different parts of the world.
Pilgrims might also have a special interest in visiting more holy sites in Israel or visit Rome and the Vatican in Italy. See Related Pages.
