IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF OUR LADY IN EGYPT AND ISRAEL

Christian Pilgrims to Egypt and Israel are able to travel to various sites following in the footsteps of Our Lady, Virgin Mary.

We read in the Scriptures about St Joseph the carpenter and Our Lady who lived in the Galilean town of Nazareth. And then one day the angel Gabriel came to Nazareth and announced that this Blessed Virgin is going to give birth to a son, to be named Jesus.

Then an exciting life followed, taking Mary to Bethlehem, Egypt, back to Nazareth and then, before the end of her life on earth, she had to stand by and see her Son die on a cross.

Pilgrims can travel to some of the holy sites in Egypt where the Holy Family stayed during their flight to the land. Then one can visit several sites in Israel following in the footsteps of Our Lady.
